2026: The Gathering Place, (Commander) League(s), and You
January 22, 2026
11:11 am
Though it doesn’t always feel like it, The Gathering Place has been opening its doors for beers, board games and good ol’ fashioned TCG action since 2022. In that time, TGP has become known for a couple things — and one of those things is, without a doubt, Commander League. For anyone reading this who might be unfamiliar with Commander League, it goes a little something like this:
Each player starts with a precon Commander deck of their choosing. Throughout League’s entire season, that deck does not leave TGP. Each week, each player is permitted to open three booster packs of their choice, adding to the collective League card pool.
The only cards permitted for League play are the ones pulled in League. Trading is actively encouraged, League is a social experience first and foremost!
(for the full TGP Commander League Rules, click here)
Over the weeks, players fine tune and improve their decks, culminating in the League tournaments, and the Finale where the League Champion is crowned.
League entry is $30 + the price of your chosen preconstructed MTG deck. The Gathering Place has a whole lot of precons in stock, so there’s a wide variety of potential options to choose from.
That additional $30 gets you Chaos Packs to start, a pack of sleeves, a deck box, and entry into all subsequent prized tournaments + League events.
What started as a low-key, in-house Fun Times™ event became something far bigger than we could have ever anticipated. Last year’s Commander League X, the tenth full “season” of Commander League, saw upwards of eighty signups and some of the biggest tournament turnouts we’ve seen. But, like anything else, League grew. It evolved, developed into one of the higher-power MTG events at TGP. With a relatively low barrier to initial entry but an extraordinarily high ceiling for deck power and player skill across the three crucial components of deck building, game play and trading cards to play this Trading Card Game we love so much — it was time to make some changes to how League events run at The Gathering Place.
Welcome to 2026, where TGP will feature four distinct, different and damn cool Leagues across a full year. We’ll do a breakdown of each as they get closer, but here’s the quick hits and elevator pitches:
Beginner Friendly Commander League
A smaller, curated and more personal experience meant for newer folks in the space and scene. Players will choose their own preconstructed deck to start with, like usual. The main difference is size, personal attention and the week-over-week pack slot mechanics. BFL will feature a fixed $20/week structure, which comes with curated packs for each player and personal knowledge from staff. To keep things manageable and provide the experience we want, the Beginner Friendly League is capped at 36 players, or, nine full pods of four. Since this is the closest League to today, here’s a short form details breakdown:
- League Entry: $30 + cost of a precon (or TGP’s “uncorking” fee if you wish to bring your own deck)
- $20/week for three packs personally curated for you and your deck, and talked with you about by TGP staff
- 36 player cap
- Tuesday, 2/1 — League begins! Meetups at TGP every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday during regular Commander pod play.
- Saturday, 2/21 — League Party and pre-tournament, for seeding in the finale
- Saturday, 2/28 — League Finale Tournament

March Madness Chaos Commander League
Each player in the March Madness Chaos Commander League will pay a set price for their preconstructed starter deck, with that prize set as the average of all possible decks in the pool. Deck assignment will be random. Each player starts with three Chaos Packs pulled from the deepest depths of the TGP Card Dungeon, and week-over-week packs will be pulled at random from a big ol’ box full of booster packs we’ll be personally stocking for the League and making available to League Players only at a fixed price per pack. High value, low friction, zero predictability, all gas, no brakes.
- Tuesday, 3/3 — League begins! Meetups at TGP every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday during regular Commander pod play.
- Saturday, 3/21 — League Party and pre-tournament, for seeding in the finale
- Saturday, 3/28 — League Finale Tournament

Expert Level Commander League
Each player in the Expert-Level Commander League will receive a starter kit from TGP. Command Tower, Arcane Signet, Sad Robot, Commander Sphere. Sol Ring is banned because it’s funnier that way. Each player will begin the League with those four cards from TGP, a Commander of their choice, and one single other card that is not on the EDH/Commander banlist or considered a Game Changer. From there, you’re opening packs and trading into whatever you can. You’ll have access to one additional pack slot per week compared to the League usual, and the League Bulk will become your best friend.
- Tuesday, 6/30 — League begins! Meetups at TGP every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday during regular Commander pod play.
- Saturday, 7/25 — Mid-League Tournament
- Saturday, 8/22 — League Finale Tournament

TGP Commander League: Season XI
The flagship League. The intention here is, after a Beginner-Friendly variant, a weird and wacky Chaos League, and the hot rods built out of trash we’ll see in the Expert League, we’re really taking the doors off for Commander League XI. Back to the exact structure you know and love, minimal restrictions and safeguards, go wild. Here’s the primer, if you need it. Obviously, we’ll talk more about Season XI later in the year!
- Tuesday, 9/22 — League begins! Meetups at TGP every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday during regular Commander pod play.
- Saturday, 9/26 — Commander League XI Kickoff Party
- Saturday, 10/17 — First Tournament
- Saturday, 11/21 — Second Tournament
- Saturday, 12/19 — Third Tournament, The XI Finale

Lorwyn League at TGP: 1/20 – 2/15

Lorwyn: Eclipsed is a return to a long-time favorite MTG plane, and Lorwyn: Eclipsed (ECL) is set up for some real classic Magic: The Gathering action. In celebration of Magic’ return to Lorwyn in the wake of Eventide and a new exploration of what exactly has been going on over there for all these years, The Gathering Place is running a two-week “Lorwyn League” with some… relatively special conditions.
Playing a Commander-style format with 60-card decks (if only there was a name for such a format… but, alas, there is no such thing). Decks can contain up to four copies of any card, with the chosen commander card being an obvious exception.
Players in the Lorwyn League will start with a Lorwyn: Eclipsed Prerelease Kit and a BYOCommander card of their choice, specifically chosen from a Lorwyn lore-friendly pool. Elementals, Elves, Fae, Goblins, Kithkin, Merfolk and Treefolk – any commander-eligible card printed in Lorwyn, Shadowmoor, Morningtide, Eventide, or characters originating from the Lorwyn plane printed elsewhere are legal for Lorwyn League play.
Each player in the Lorwyn League will also be allowed a kickstart kit consisting of a Sol Ring, Command Tower and Arcane Signet. Players can bring their own copies of those cards, or purchase the set from TGP for about two bucks. It should go without saying, but just in case it doesn’t, you’re only allowed one of each of these cards in any given deck. No x4 Sol Rings, that’s dumb. What were you even thinking, you monster.
From there, the structure should be familiar to any TGP League player from the past: week over week, cracking packs, trading, adding cards and games culminating in a final showdown tournament.
We’re also going to do something crazy: we’re gonna ban Universes Beyond cards on this one.
Lorwyn League will be limited to 24 players so it doesn’t get too unwieldy, and we’re planning on letting it more or less run. Meetups for Lorwyn League can happen any day TGP is open as organized by the players, but currently we’re planning on making it a real Friday Night Magic friendly event in keeping with the retro theme so there will be formal TGP prize support on Friday nights for Lorwyn League players.
This has been a lot of talking and introduction, so here’s a quick-hit breakdown:
Lorwyn League Breakdown
- Entry cost: $50
- Format: Brawl 60-Card Commander (multiple copies of cards in deck legal up to four), 1v1, best of three, 8-card sideboard
- Commanders: Only commander-eligible creatures from the original Lorwyn sets (Lorwyn, Shadowmoor, Morningtide, Eventide, or characters originating from the Lorwyn plane printed elsewhere). Players are permitted to BYOCommander fitting Lorwyn League requirements. Any commander-eligible creatures pulled from Lorwyn: Eclipsed are legal commanders in League.
- Cards: Players begin with a ECL Prerelease Kit + (Sol Ring, Command Tower, Path of Ancestry Arcane Signet), and are eligible to buy + open four additional League Legal packs per League Play week of MTG cards from TGP. No outside cards permitted in League play, Universes Beyond cards are also not permitted.
- Decks: Players will leave their decks at The Gathering Place during Lorwyn League
- Prizes: Prize support on Lorwyn League play days is in packs of ECL, prizes for tournaments will be given in TGP store credit and raffle prizes of specially-selected Lorwyn-theme cards.
- League Meetup Days: Three rounds Swiss play, an additional pack slot will be given to all League players who play at TGP, and any player who goes 3-0 in organized League play gets a free pack of ECL.
- Tournament(s):
- Friday, 2/6: Lorwyn League Smackdown: a qualifying / seeding tournament, optional but encouraged
- Sunday, 2/15: Lorwyn League Finale Tournament: Top 8 / Top 4 depending on attendance, store credit prizing for top players, raffles of Lorwyn-theme prizes throughout.
Lorwyn League runs from Tuesday, 1/20 to the finale tournament on Sunday, 2/15
26 days, two tournaments, prizes and all sorts of weird fun things calling back to some classic Magic: The Gathering action.
If you’ve got any questions, reach out to us in the TGP Discord – specifically the #ask-staff channel. We’re excited to be returning to Lorwyn, and we hope to see you in League!
**SPECIFIC CLARIFICATIONS**
1. BYOCommanders, fitting into Lorwyn League rules, do not have restrictions. You can BYOCommander from Lorwyn, Shadowmoor, Morningtide and Eventide. Any commander-eligible card from Lorwyn: Eclipsed must be pulled from League-legal packs.
2. Hybrid mana is legal in Lorwyn League, otherwise commander/deck color identity must be adhered to.
3. Lorwyn League (mostly) follows Brawl rules. That said, key differences include:
- planeswalkers are not legal commanders
- players have an 8-card sideboard
- up to four (4) copies of main deck cards are permitted, since it’s a semi-sealed format
4. Vendillion Clique and Oona, Queen of the Fae are both on probation. Neither is banned, outright, but we’re keeping an eye on them and it would be…. unwise to put all your eggs in this particular basket.

Also on a monthly rotation, players can jam Premodern, Pauper and Old School formats month 0ver month in a clash for cash!
$20 entry per player, same as the traditional tourneys at TGP, with all entry right back in the prize pool.
Commander / EDH Nights at TGP
What began with Adam Staley and Sheldon Menery decades ago as a fun way to play off-beat Magic has, over time, become the most popular way to play MTG. Commander, or Elder Dragon Highlander (EDH) if you’ve been around the block a few times, is the Magic: The Gathering format to beat, these days. Everybody plays it, it’s fun, it’s social, it has potential to be absolutely insane in all the best ways. For anyone who needs a primer, here’s one from Wizards.
Commander Nights at The Gathering place are three times a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 3:00 p.m.
Make sure to check in on the TGP Event Calendar to see what else is happening on any given day! Tournaments and such often happen on Saturdays, prerelease weekends can be a little packed, and it’s worth taking a look if you’re expecting to have space for large groups. That said, TGP does have a whole lot of tables and a whole lot of space.
Commander Meetups / Nights have free entry, free promos / prize support for all pods, so come by to jam some casual (or competitive, depending on the pod! remember, communication is part of the game!) MTG Commander, hang with your friends, make new friends, all of the above! (if you’re looking for a group / pod to play with, the TGP Discord is an excellent resource)
MTG Friday Night Magic Draft
Since 1996, Friday Night Magic has been a part of MTG’s community fabric. From the Pro Tour to the kitchen table, FNM is a huge part of how a whole lot of people play the game. Every Friday, FNM at TGP kicks off at 7:00 with a draft. Often, we’re drafting whatever is hot in Standard — but we’re not shy about pulling something cool out of the vault downstairs for any given Friday if that’s something folks are into. Keep an eye on the TGP site and socials for specialty drafts and FNM events, and expect $35 buy-in, two packs per win, and Swiss rounds across three pairings. See you there!
One Piece Locals
One Piece locals happen twice a week at The Gathering Place! Bandai’s high-seas TCG based on Oda’s rollicking saga of piracy and high-stakes high-seas tomfoolery has become one of the premier games played at TGP, so come play Constructed One Piece every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Come jam those decks with friends old and new!
$10 buy-in, all entry back in the prize pool, converted directly into pack prizing to Top 3 (based on attendance) — also, promos for participation and tournament winner!
Gundam Locals
Bandai TCGs have another winner with the Gundam card game! If you’ve played One Piece, some elements may be familiar, but the Gundam TCG plays out a little differently than you might expect. Pilots, Mobile Suits, shields, bases, it’s fast and furious mech-battling action! Gundam Locals at TGP are every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. — $10 buy in, all entry back in the prize pool, pack prizing to Top 3 (based on attendance) number of rounds based on attendance — also, promos for participation and tournament winner!
Riftbound Nexus Night (Locals)
League of Legends has become a great deal more than a MOBA — from eSports audiences to Netflix flagship TV, it was only a matter of time before a TCG got in on the action. Riftbound is that TCG, and so far it seems like it’s living up to the hype! TGP hosts Riftbound locals every other Sunday at 1:00 p.m. (check the calendar to confirm dates!) and these Nexus Nights have started to go toe-to-toe with One Piece in terms of sheer attendance. Prizes are most often offered in store credit at the moment, since Riftbound packs have been relatively hard to come by and we’d like to save as many as possible for folks to play the game. Check in on TGP socials for full schedules, prereleases, and everything else related to Riftbound at TGP!
FAB Armory
Flesh and Blood is the one-one-one fighting game inspired TCG that’s found some real footing at The Gathering Place. The local FAB community is active, competitive and whole lot of fun. FAB Armory is the FNM equivalent: every Friday night at 7:30, FAB players gather at TGP for a recurring mix of casual and competitive gameplay. Armory events are known for special prizes, cool promos and big swings for a TCG so relatively young. $10 buy-in per player, two packs per win, and more! What’s not to love about a card game with a format called “Ultimate Pit Fight”?
Sorcery: Contested Realm Locals
Sorcery: Contested Realm is a strategy-based TCG with a board constructed more akin to chess than a traditional TCG battlefield. Placement matters, along with resources and spells, and it’s a throwback to early card games in more ways than one! Gorgeous traditional art, wild chases, one type of booster pack, Sorcery is a great time for anyone who looks at these cards and goes “yeah, I be that game is pretty cool” — which, to be fair, is everybody!
Sorcery locals at TGP are every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. and have a strong community organization component. Constructed or Draft, depending on what the people want and what’s in stock at the shop. $15 entry for Constructed, $25 entry for draft, pack-per-win prizing and bonus promos and prizes as we have them and depending on attendance.
Dungeons and Dragons and TTRPGs at The Gathering Place
The Gathering Place has a steady cohort of travelers, adventures and campaigners across all skill levels and more games than just D&D. The TTRPG community at TGP thrives in the TGP Discord server, but for anyone looking to start their journeys we offer a couple curated events that don’t require hammering out specific details with a playgroup before even showing up for the first session.
D&D Learn to Play
The first Wednesday of each month, TGP’s own Ben Creed (a friendly face known for comedy, trivia, and TCG excellence in both One Piece and MTG) will be your guide as you take your first steps into the Forgotten Realms.
The Learn to Play session starts at 6:00 p.m. and players don’t have to provide anything but themselves. Well, themselves and also a general openness, a will to learn and the expectation that role playing might feel a little goofy at first — but, the knowledge that the more you lean into it the more fun you’ll have. If you’ve always been D&D curious, if you’ve seen it portrayed in popular media, if you’ve been watching actual play shows or listening to podcasts like Dimension 20 or Critical Role, this is your opportunity to start your own story!
D&D One-Shot Campaign(s)
Thursdays are D&D one-shots at TGP! Starting at 6:00 p.m. and open to all, these free events welcome players of all experience levels, figurative and literal. Our grab bag of Dungeon Masters, our colorful rotating cast, is here to guide you through a one-shot session where you can play something new or continue your own anthology with your character. If you don’t have a character, you can show up and make one! Just arrive a little early to allow the extra time for that. Check in on the TGP Discord for details and introductions, and sign up day-of on the in-store event sheet!
Other TGP Happenings
Comedy, trivia, karaoke, board games! There’s plenty at The Gathering Place that doesn’t hinge on windmill slamming pretty cardboard onto tables or dice rolling and role-playing with friends old and new.
The first Saturday of each month at 9:00 p.m. we host a local comedy night, Fridays at 10:00 p.m. are our signature Nerd Trivia nights, and we’ve got space set aside for board gamers on Tuesday evenings. Check in on the TGP Calendar to see what’s happening when, and for any special one-offs we might be hosting!

TGP Slacker’s Market: Sunday, December 21
December 15, 2025
3:11 pm
The Slacker’s Market at The Gathering Place is meant to be a place to find the perfect gift for someone who might be a little hard to shop for! Last minute doesn’t have to feel like it, and the Slacker’s Market has some specially-selected artists and vendors to help you find exactly what you’re looking for! Plus, ’tis the season, ain’t nothing wrong with getting a little something for that someone special, when that someone special just so happens to be you!

It’s happening on Sunday, December 21, from noon to six. We’ll have tables in the back, drinks on tap, and it’s going to be a lovely, low key afternoon. In addition to the special vendors, we’ll have booths open to play games, plus the TGP show booth is going to be up and running with some shiny foils and year-end inventory heat!
Here’s some links to the lovely folks who will be running booths, and you can expect to potentially see another special appearance or two:
Flip N’ Trinkets
Jockworks
RazorsEdgeRaz
Shrike and Sundry
It’s worth noting, the TGP Community Dinner this week is for sure happening with an open kitchen window and hot plates at zero cost for all comers starting at five. (inside track, we asked and it looks like the menu this week is chicken tacos, broccoli cheddar soup, Asian-inspired vegetables “and more” according to Josh!)
So, come by on Sunday to see what wares are on offer, play some games, stay on the nice list, have some dinner, and join us in starting to send 2025 off in style and starting 2026 with as much light and warmth as possible. See you around!
Here’s the Instagram post, btw, just in case that’s helpful
Black Friday Sale(s) at The Gathering Place
November 23, 2025
11:00 am

Obviously, there’s a certain day of the year when businesses are encouraged, nay, expected, to sell their wares at discounted prices and provide capital “D” Deals to all comers. This year, TGP will participate in The Ritual. Here’s what we’re doing to “celebrate” this “event”
Reserve List Sale
$50 off purchases of Reserve List singles totaling $500 or more
Non-Reserve Singles Discount
10% off ALL non-Reserve List singles (applied to both in-store and online purchases)
10% off ALL Pokémon graded cards / slabs
Literally just that. Is it a graded Pokémon card? It’s ten percent off!
Commander Deck Combined Discount
Buy two (2) preconstructed MTG Commander decks, get 10% off (applies to any precon in stock at TGP, can only be redeemed in-store)
TGP in-house product discounts!
Discounts will vary, but we’ll have deals on all the things that have emerged from the TGP Dungeon! Mystery Boxes, Chaos Commander Packs, Color Boosters, Mystery Bundles, all of it!
Discounts on board games!
There’s a whole lot of board games in stock at The Gathering Place, and on BLACK FRIDAY they will be discounted and ready to move off the shelves and into new homes. We’re talking as much as 50% off, maybe more in certain cases, beautiful bundles of board games with all the expansions for them TGP has in stock, we’re going *crazy* on this one, folks.
In other, exciting news, some TGP fan-favorites are coming back for this sale! Please, join us in welcoming back the fabled TGP PRIZE WHEEL and the MAGIC HOLE!
The Prize Wheel
One spin per qualifying purchase of $50+ with spaces on the wheel for store credit, free booster packs, sweet promos we found in the back, TGP merch, a coupon good for a crisp handshake from Preston, truly the Prize Wheel is BACK baby
The Magic Hole
It’s a box filled with Magic Cards. You reach your hand in, you pull out a Magic card. What don’t you get about this. What will qualify you to reach into the Magic Hole, to experience its infinite mystery and boundless possibility? A simple purchase. That’s right! Buy anything, literally anything, and you can experience the Magic Hole for yourself! There’s some unexpected bangers sprinkled in, but legend says you must truly open your mind to the experience if you are to receive the blessing of the Magic Hole.

Avatar: The Last Airbender [x] Magic: The Gathering at TGP
It’s finally here! It’s happening!
The long-awaited collaboration, the leaked, teased, talked-about and all but inevitable crossover! Best of all, it looks like it’s going to be a BANGER of an MTG set!
We’ll be selling all the product we can while also making sure we’ve got enough set aside to run tournaments and associated prizing. Hopefully we’ll have some left over for next week’s FNM for anyone who can’t make it out for prerelease weekend, but that mostly depends on demand and distribution numbers.
Sealed TLA product will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis in-person only at The Gathering Place. No reservations, no preorders, and you’re actively encouraged to call the shop directly day-of for any questions you may have regarding availability. (shop phone #: (984) 999-4548)

Of course, an MTG set release weekend is mostly about one thing: sealed tournaments.
For Avatar specifically, theme prerelease kits are returning for each of the Bending styles/nations. Players will be given a prerelease kit at random! If you were born into the world of ATLA, you wouldn’t get to choose your bending. Why would this be any different?
There’s a full slate of weekend events at The Gathering Place from Friday to Sunday, so here’s the rundown:

TGP Dispatch: 10/14/25
This week at The Gathering Place, we’ve got a lot happening — especially considering Halloween is just around the corner!
It’s a week for Old School Thursday at TGP, Sorcery, FAB, all the usuals are happening. Friday Night Magic is getting shaken up, Spider-Man no more. Instead, we’ll be drafting Outlaws of Thunder Junction. We’ve also already got drafts planned for the next few FNM sessions: Kamigawa Neon Dynasty, a Halloween Spooktacular, and Bloomburrow! (in that order!) You’ll see a post about that on socials soon but, in the meantime, we did mention Halloween….
Halloween Celebrations at The Gathering Place
You clicked that link, right? Cool. Obviously, that’s a whole lot happening. We’re excited to host all this Halloween-centered action and we look forward to seeing all y’all trickin’ and treatin’ real soon. Truly, spooky season is our time to shine as your local nerd bar haven.
In other news, Commander League X continues with the first big tournament in the rearview. Since we’ve passed that particular milestone, we’d like to extend an invitation to all Commander League players to submit feedback on how things are going so far directly to TGP. Just email us here. Or get in touch over on Discord, send a DM to Victor/Ludovician.
In the more immediate, this weekend has three special events running — all on Sunday. Taken live and direct from the TGP Calendar (which you can access any time, it’s right here) here’s the details on all three:
One Piece ‘SET SAIL’ Event
@ 1:00 pm
One Piece “Set Sail” Learn to Play Event is set for October 19th at 1pm!
One Piece has proven time and again it’s a hit in the TGP community, and the “Set Sail” event is an opportunity to bring new players into the fold. If you know anyone who’s a little One Piece curious, if you want to reintroduce yourself, or play a brand-new archetype, “Set Sail” might just be the place to do it.
Buy-in is $40, $20 per person. Bring a friend, play One Piece, get free promos and stickers! This is a capped event, so early bird gets the devil fruit!
Warhammer 40k Kill Team Meetup
Starts at 1:00 p.m.
40k Kill Team battles have raged at TGP for quite some time, and our monthly meetup is the place to get together and fight over territory in the grimdark far future.
Monthly, we’re setting specific space aside for 40k games. It’s a casual, fun environment to show off your squad, hone your skills in squad-based combat and battle for glory.
Digimon BT-23 Hacker’s Slumber Prerelease Event
1:00 pm
Did you know that Digimon are digital monsters? Did you know that Digimon are the champions? Change, into digital champions. To, save the, digital, world. Digimon. Digital monsters. Digimon are the champions. ($30 entry per player)
Come play at the prerelease event on October 19th at 1pm to play the new cards before official release!
That just about does it for this week’s announcements! As always, thanks for reading and we’ll see you around. Have a great week!

Halloween ’25 at The Gathering Place!
(this text is all in the post we put our on socials, but for those who don’t want to bother with all that)
The Gathering Place has not one, but TWO events planned in celebration of Spooky Season! Our Halloweekend Party on Saturday, October 25, and Halloween day-of events on Friday, October 31!

We are having our TGP Halloween Party on October 25. We have a day full of tricks and treats planned!
Trick or treats all day and costumes highly encouraged! (Special treats for those who participate!)
• MTG Duskmourn SEALED (with prerelease kits!) at 4pm
• Crafts at the bar at 5pm – Paint a lil’ pumpkin wood cutout with your fav bartenders in town!
• Spooky-Oke starts at 10pm with @thahomieleo. It’ll be a graveyard smash, guaranteed.
• Special Commander pods prizing, Halloween-related, come play and be rewarded!

Of course, Halloween Day will also be properly celebrated at TGP! We’re planning on keeping things relatively low-key compared to other places in town. Obviously, costumes are highly encouraged, and you just might be rewarded with the most coveted trick or treat treasure of all!
As for the events:
• Our Friday Night Magic Draft will be a Spooky MTG Chaos Draft starting at 7pm
• 4 rounds of Halloween themed trivia starting at 10pm!
• A Halloween D&D one-shot at 6:30pm ran by @mberdon: You and your intrepid companions have the chance to explore an expansive two story (haunted) home based on real architectural plans!
The Halloween D&D one-shot event is capped at 8 people so make sure you grab your seat ahead of time! Ticket includes a reserved seat at the table and a $5 drink ticket. Purchase your ticket to the Halloween D&D one shot here!

JANK 5: THE HUFFENING — A Sharpie MTG Special Event at TGP

You may have heard the legends of past Jank Bank events. The first, the second, the third, the fourth. But nothing can prepare you for JANK 5: THE HUFFENING. Happening on Sunday, 10/26, The Huffening is a Sharpie MTG special event at TGP where the only thing wilder than the gameplay is the prizes. Just look at this, I mean, c’mon.
Entry is $50 per player, which includes everything you’ll need to play in the tournament (no pre-building required!) a bespoke commemorative playmat, and a chance to take home some of Jank’s most fantastic and fanciful prizes of all time.

This event caps at 50 people, and signup are entirely and only in-person. Come by the shop to sign up and grab a flyer that has the rules for this year!
The Huffening is where creativity and chaos collide where you can slash, scribble, and carve your way into a deck before battling it out. You can erase words, cut out costs, and bend the rules to create the most fun chaos possible! See you there!
